After about two years of research-work regarding what type of projects could create the most work in our region of South Africa, situated in the North-West of the Eastern Province of SA, the project was finally put up to our Government as an EMPOWERING PROJECT FOR THE POOREST OF THE POOR in this area, in 2010. We had a look at Free Range Broiler Chickens, and how to make it profitable, planting of about 120 Ha of apples, and combine it with wool sheep & cattle, and then we started to look at the right property to buy: Close as possible to the workers, with strong underground Aquifers.
At first, I had a look at property belonging to our Municipality, but they decided that we cannot buy it. Then the search went a little wider, but I then realized that all the aquifers was infected with e-coli, because our municipality cannot keep up with cleaning sewerage, with then RAW SEWERAGE running into our only river!
I then decided to cut out the Free-Range Broiler Project, and just concentrate on Apples, a Game Farm, combined with sheep & cattle. There is a 10,000Ha Game farm available, with very strong underground water, about 30 KM from Middelburg.

Over all this time I was send from National Government, to Provincial Government and finally to our local Municipal Government in Queenstown. At end of January, 2019, I had a call from the Director of Agriculture in Queenstown, and she said that the Government does not have money for any type of Empowering Project, for at least the next 2 years!
I then decided that this project is very important for this area, and that I JUST NEED TO FIND THE MONEY!!! Therefore, I will appreciate every small or large contribution for this project, that could empower at least 100 people with jobs & yearly dividends from shareholding. This will finally mean that at least 500 people, including the children of each shareholder, will benefit from this project.
In preparation for this project, many expenses have incurred to launch this project and must be paid to continue to facilitate project progress.

I am a person with a very wide range of expertise:
Being born on a farm in the Middelburg, Eastern Province of South Africa, I have a long history in Farming, Geological Surveys, Managing Building Contract projects, Marketing (While I was studying) Welding & Mechanics, which puts me in a perfect position to lead this great project.
Middelburg has over 55,000 people, of all races, but, with very few available jobs. There are over 25,000 people without jobs, that mostly live from their family’s pension, or other Government Grants.

I want to change this, by firstly creating permanent jobs for the right people, and also empower them, by giving them shares in the business, plus a house on the farm, or in town. Every job created, will influence at least 5-8 people, which makes it quite a big influence in our poverty-stricken area.
